Mina Bloom (UCLA BA in Theatre Film and Television ’17) is an award-winning pianist, composer, flautist, music director and music teacher based out of West LA. A recent graduate of UCLA’s theatre school, Mina founded Dually Noted Theatre Company on campus—a group that produces new musicals.
Mina competed as a finalist Showsearch 2015 and 2017, a nation-wide talent search for young composers and lyricists showcasing original 10-minute musicals. She received a scholarship from Steven Schwartz and the Wallis Annenburg Center in 2016 for her piece with Bailey Share-Aizic “Murder Afoot” and was accepted into NYU’s graduate program for musical theatre writing.
Availability is flexible for piano accompaniment in auditions, showcases, cabarets, musicals and more. Can sight read. Composition: short and long films, musicals, television. Sheet music reproduction/creation/arrangement skills available as well.
